Ghar Ka Khana Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Ghar Ka Khana app, a community food and recipe sharing app provided by Shukr6 Technoholic. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and follow these terms.

Community Use

Ghar Ka Khana allows users to create profiles, share food or recipe content, make requests, and interact with other community members. Users are responsible for their own content, food safety, accuracy of information, and interactions with others.

No Guarantees

Shukr6 Technoholic does not guarantee food quality, food availability, health outcomes, dietary suitability, recipe results, delivery or pickup arrangements, or user conduct. Users should use their own judgment and follow appropriate safety practices.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not post, share, or engage in:

• Illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Misleading information, scams, impersonation, or spam
• Unsafe food claims, false health claims, or content that may endanger others
• Content that violates another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property
• Attempts to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or abuse the app or related systems

Account Restrictions

Shukr6 Technoholic may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content for misuse, policy violations, safety concerns, legal reasons, or behavior that harms the community or app operations.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit. By posting content in the app, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate these terms or applicable laws.
